Chidinma Chikwe

 Strategist and Platform Builder

Building bridges and platforms that give ideas direction

My Story

I take responsibility seriously. For the work, for the people involved, and for what happens after the initial push fades. I’m most engaged when expectations are real, and outcomes matter beyond presentation. That sense of responsibility has shaped how I choose my work and how I show up.

My Projects

When a platform didn’t exist

I founded and led the Whitman Women’s Summit,  shaping a cross-sector convening from concept through execution and regional visibility,  with civic, academic, and industry participation. The work required shaping the agenda, securing multi-stakeholder participation.

When coordination mattered more than authority

Across nonprofit and international development initiatives, I led work that depended on trust, follow-through, and cross-stakeholder alignment.
