My work is grounded in strategy, execution, and impact. I am a strategist currently working as a Product Marketing Manager at Microsoft, where I bring together technology, commercial thinking, and human insight shaped by experience across global development, program leadership, and modern tech. Within global technology, I have worked on the commercial side of the business, including enabling small and medium businesses to adopt AI-powered tools. In my day-to-day work, I focus on grounding product value in real customer needs, shaping clear narratives, and driving adoption through insight-led execution.

Before transitioning into technology and business school, I built my foundation as a project and program manager across nonprofit and mission-driven organizations. I brought cross-functional teams together, coordinated complex initiatives, and delivered results in environments defined by ambiguity and competing priorities. Leadership and organization were not just skills I developed along the way. They became my competitive edge and the operating system behind how I work.

Earlier in my career, I worked in international development, often referred to as social impact, where a personal commitment to advocacy evolved into leading projects with global reach. I supported initiatives funded by organizations such as OSIWA and the EU-UN Spotlight Initiative, and I pioneered a digital community that connected women across geographies. That work shaped my enduring belief in the power of platforms, access, and systems to create inclusive opportunity at scale.

More recently, I founded and led the Whitman Women’s Summit, an inaugural convening themed “Limitless” and focused on leadership, AI, entrepreneurship, and innovation across business and technology. Designed as a cross-sector platform, the Summit brought together students, entrepreneurs, professionals, civic leaders, and academic stakeholders, with active support from the broader Syracuse community. It featured four curated panels with sixteen panelists spanning industry, government, and the innovation ecosystem, and was headlined by Syracuse’s Deputy Mayor at the time, now Mayor Sharon Owens. The Summit was covered by Spectrum News, signaling its relevance within the Central New York regional business and innovation ecosystem. Building and leading the Summit reflects my commitment to developing collaborative platforms that convene people, ideas, and institutions in ways that expand access to opportunity at scale.

Across every chapter, one thing has remained constant. I am driven by impact that lasts. Whether I am helping businesses adopt new technology, shaping strategy in complex environments, or building initiatives that widen access, my work is guided by curiosity, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous growth.

I believe meaningful progress happens when innovation is paired with intention and execution. That belief continues to guide how I build, lead, and contribute.
